It was the last day for Heng's boss on 22 Dec. That was such a momentous day in history. His boss described it as the day God called Moses and the Israelties out of Egypt. He likened himself to Moses. Finally he left his grandfather's company to carve out his own path, one that was specially prepared for him by God. It was an emotional day for him but I know it is a good thing that he finally left this place of oppression. It's a new beginning for him. It's a day worth celebrating. Finally out of bondage! Praise the Lord!
Because of this incident, I was reminded of the scene when Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt in the movie 'Prince of Egypt'. I watched the video clip of the song 'When you believe' twice. It so happened that one of our TV channels screened this movie on Christmas Eve. And when I searched my journal posts, I saw this message by Marty Layton on 26 Sep 2016. She was also talking about the time of deliverance. When I read it gain, I had this strong feeling that truly our bondage has come to an end as we have reached the fullness of time. Deliverance has come for us! I hope you are ministered by this article as much as I was. Here is the article.
The fullness of time has come
When Moses was tending sheep after 40 years of living on the backside of the desert, after 400 years of slavery to Egypt, the cries of the children of Israel were heard and the set time of deliverance, the set time of favor, had come!
Exodus 3:20-22 'So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in its midst; and after that he will let you go. And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not go empty-handed. But every woman shall ask of her neighbor, namely, of her who dwells near her house, articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing; and you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters. So you shall plunder the Egyptians.'
The fullness of time had come and everything had to change! For God's warriors the time has come! This is the time when everything begins a divine reversal. Everything is turning around for the good. Enough is enough, the cup of iniquity is full for this season, the bowls of incense are before His throne, the prayers of God's people are full, and it is the set time for God to release His favor!
And just like it was for the children of Israel in Egyptian captivity, we will plunder the enemy and bankrupt the economy of darkness. God declared it over His people back then and is now declaring over you and me a shout of restitution, "I'm giving back all that was stolen from the generations!"
Exodus 11 was the last time God speaks to Moses before he walks them out of Egypt toward their Promised Land. Then in the next 8 chapters to follow God is moving in the land, doing what He calls "wonders" and preparing everything for the deliverance and freedom of His children!
Exodus 11:1-2 And the Lord said to Moses, "I will bring one more plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward he will let you go from here. When he lets you go, he will surely drive you out of here altogether. Speak now in the hearing of the people, and let every man ask from his neighbor and every woman from her neighbor, articles of silver and articles of gold."
"Now is the Set Time of Favor...Speak Now!"
God says, "I know I prophesied this a while back now, but I had to let you know what was coming!" And now eight chapters later, I still have one more move. But, "Now Is The Time for the Prophet of God to SPEAK! Speak Now!" This is why I am bringing this message to you today. This is the "Kairos time – the set time of God's favor!" This great unrelenting favor of God was not an afterthought of God. He told it to Moses up front (Exodus 3:21). It was a prophetic promise they had to hear, actively believe, and wait for the set time! So God's favor was a predetermined, preplanned work of the Lord that He spoke would come to pass!
Then at a strategic moment in time, it was precisely released and executed! God had it on His mind at the beginning, but it was executed at a strategic moment, a specific kairos time. Then right before the last move of God in Egypt, God said, "Now Is The Set Time Of Favor...Speak Now!" I want to encourage everyone of you to take out your prophetic promises and declare them again. Speak now! This is a strategic time of breakthrough and deliverance for God's people!
Believe God For Your Breakthrough!
Lastly, during this set time of favor, whole families walked together out of the past and headed to their Promised Land together. I want to challenge you to believe God for your whole family to walk free during this season of breakthrough. I prophesy to you that whole families are going to walk free from past bondages, free from former task masters, receive a "course correction" from God and get back on the path of their destiny!
Life may be preaching one message to you through the voice of bankers, creditors, problems or whatever, but I have a different report for you. I bring to you the report of the Lord. I declare to you today:
God has prepared and planned something far greater for you than you have been able to dream up yourself. God's day of unrelenting favor is upon you NOW! This moment, right now, has been prepared by Jehovah God just for you! This is the moment God's favor will begin to move in an unprecedented way!
I'm not just trying to excite you today, but I am speaking to you what I have heard from the Spirit of God! God is releasing His great awakening His way! The generations are waking up and coming alive! Speak now! Prophesy again what God has declared over your lives, over your families! Then, "Stand and see the salvation of your God! The enemy you see today you will see no more, forever!" (See Exodus 14:13.)
The set time had come for their freedom, so that they could worship God! It was always all about worshipping God! "Let My people go that they may worship Me!" (See Exodus 8:1.) This set time of favor is for you to receive, but it is also for you to worship the Lord in the beauty of Holiness. I declare to you today that you have come into the Kingdom of God for such a time as this! It was not time before, but now it is time, the strategic time of His favor!
Exodus 12:36 'And the Lord had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they granted them what they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.'
This day is like no other day. This time is like no other time. You have been through things you thought you would never go through, but you are about to receive something you have never had before. Speak now! Be bold! Be strong! Be courageous for the set time of God's favor has come!

RESET TIME
I have been reading devotionals that talk about a time of reset. We are in the midst of a divine reset that will catch us up from the attacks that have caused delays and caused us to lag behind. We are being reset and recalibrate for these are indeed set times.
This reset will involve erasing past failures, frustrations and fears and removing former discouragement, disappointments, distractions and delays. It will also include the grace to break patterns that have limited or sabotaged you in the past.
This reset will be unto a personal Genesis. Any place in our lives where there has been chaos, darkness or a void, His Spirit will hover and His light will break forth into a new day.

CHANGING OF GUARDS
Recently I have been impressed upon the notion of changing of Guards. The prophetic world was mourning the loss of a great prophet Kim Clement. Although I have never heard of him, I could feel the grief and pain in the hearts of those whose lives had been touched by him. It was like a great loss but because precious is the death of His saints, God will unleash double portions of His anointing unto new prophets who would arise in greater power. These prophets will do greater damage to the kingdom of darkness.
I also thought about Elijah's mantle coming into Elisha. I thought about how Elijah's ministry was cut short. I thought about succession plans and how in this season, more great men of God seemed to be going back to heaven than before. On the surface it may seem like a great loss but God is raising up more Pauls in place of the Stephens. God will turn all things around for our good. I also went through a time of grief in this year when my grandma went home to be with the Lord.
One day, while those past memories replayed in my mind, the Father interrupted me, saying, "It is over. She has no more suffering." Our memories of that time are real, but they need to be reconciled. Father has sent His angels to chauffeur our loved ones home, and they are safe and without pain. He is sending His Word to release us of our painful memories from the valley of the shadow, or from the shock of their abrupt departure, so that we can move forward with Him.
Not only that, the action on our part of honoring the lives of our grandparents is the trigger that activates the generational blessing from them in the now for us. Generational blessings are heavenly currency stored up by the faithfulness of those in our families. When they are activated in our lives (by honor), they cause a chain reaction on earth which translates to physical events, supernaturally driven, that open doors to our specific callings with greater ease.
I believe that with the passing of my grandma, not only those attacks on my life in the first part of 2016 had to cease, many of the Lee's generational blessings and callings are also unleashed upon our lives. As I watched the movie Moana, I cried at the part when her grandma passed away. But it was also because of her passing that Moana was released to fulfil her destiny. Or else she couldn't bear to leave her grandma there.
I also felt that with my grandma's passing, I am set free to fulfil my calling. Somehow I was held back by some thing. The enemy was able to push my button in her case. My heart would wrench in pain as I see her hollow eyes in the nursing home or when she was in pain in the hospital. I used to wonder if the result of her suffering was due to a prayer I prayed years ago for God to prolong her life. But with her passing, the enemy has no more power over me in this area.
No more button to push. In the past he could bring great fear of her dying anytime whenever my grandma got hospitalised. But now I thank God I am released from that pain. I am now at peace. The thing which I feared most, which was her passing really wasn't as bad as I thought. The God of comfort is with me. Death is only a temporal separation for believers. I will see her again in heaven.
God has also impressed upon me the necessity of being pruned, stretched and purified for His use. If not, the devil would take these to work against me when things are moving faster in God's power. God wouldn't let that happen. Hence it was necessary for God to burn away these impurities first. Yes it might be painful, it might be confusing, it might be uncomfortable but God promised that after going through the fire, He is bringing me to a place of abundance.
Recently I have been receiving many messages of harvest season, rewards, place of abundance, fulfilment, manifestation, time to soar and payback time. It seemed like the messages I received in end 2014 yet they are of a greater magnitude. The prognosis on 2017 has been exceptionally good, like the year of finally. The year of arrival. The year of His unprecedented blessings and glory. A year of great victory. A year of enjoying the fruits of our labour after waiting so long. A year of great joy and blessings.
