CELEBRATION OF BIRTHDAYS

We celebrated Heng's birthday today. His actual day falls on 25 Aug but since Joshua has no school today, we decided to celebrate it earlier. We went for a buffet lunch at a hotel. The restaurant is called 'The Line'. The food was really good, and the ambience was delightful. Heng felt it was the best buffet lunch ever. The price was also reasonable. They even prepared a small cake for Heng. Heng was pleasantly surprised.

August is such a happening month, a month of celebration. Not only we celebrated our National Day and Heng's birthday, we also celebrated Joshua's birthday on 4 Aug. For Joshua's birthday, we booked a 2D1N chalet called D'resort. It cost us $222. It was a newly built chalet which opened its doors to the public only last month. It was previously known as the Costa Sands resort. One wing of the chalet was a three-storey bungalow with barbecue pits in front. But we stayed in the other wing which was more like a hotel.
