THE FULLNESS OF TIME FOR THE CHILDREN OF EGYPT

It was the last day for Heng's boss on 22 Dec. That was such a momentous day in history. His boss described it as the day God called Moses and the Israelties out of Egypt. He likened himself to Moses. Finally he left his grandfather's company to carve out his own path, one that was specially prepared for him by God. It was an emotional day for him but I know it is a good thing that he finally left this place of oppression. It's a new beginning for him. It's a day worth celebrating. Finally out of bondage! Praise the Lord!

Because of this incident, I was reminded of the scene when Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt in the movie 'Prince of Egypt'. I watched the video clip of the song 'When you believe' twice. It so happened that one of our TV channels screened this movie on Christmas Eve. And when I searched my journal posts, I saw this message by Marty Layton on 26 Sep 2016. She was also talking about the time of deliverance. When I read it gain, I had this strong feeling that truly our bondage has come to an end as we have reached the fullness of time. Deliverance has come for us! I hope you are ministered by this article as much as I was. Here is the article.

The fullness of time has come

When Moses was tending sheep after 40 years of living on the backside of the desert, after 400 years of slavery to Egypt, the cries of the children of Israel were heard and the set time of deliverance, the set time of favor, had come!

Exodus 3:20-22 'So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in its midst; and after that he will let you go. And I will give this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not go empty-handed. But every woman shall ask of her neighbor, namely, of her who dwells near her house, articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing; and you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters. So you shall plunder the Egyptians.'

The fullness of time had come and everything had to change! For God's warriors the time has come! This is the time when everything begins a divine reversal. Everything is turning around for the good. Enough is enough, the cup of iniquity is full for this season, the bowls of incense are before His throne, the prayers of God's people are full, and it is the set time for God to release His favor!

And just like it was for the children of Israel in Egyptian captivity, we will plunder the enemy and bankrupt the economy of darkness. God declared it over His people back then and is now declaring over you and me a shout of restitution, "I'm giving back all that was stolen from the generations!"

Exodus 11 was the last time God speaks to Moses before he walks them out of Egypt toward their Promised Land. Then in the next 8 chapters to follow God is moving in the land, doing what He calls "wonders" and preparing everything for the deliverance and freedom of His children!

Exodus 11:1-2 And the Lord said to Moses, "I will bring one more plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward he will let you go from here. When he lets you go, he will surely drive you out of here altogether. Speak now in the hearing of the people, and let every man ask from his neighbor and every woman from her neighbor, articles of silver and articles of gold."

"Now is the Set Time of Favor...Speak Now!"

God says, "I know I prophesied this a while back now, but I had to let you know what was coming!" Exodus 3:20-22, "So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in its midst; and after that he will let you go. And I will give this people favor in the sight of the
Egyptians; and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not go empty-handed. And now eight chapters later, I still have one more move. But, "Now Is The Time for the Prophet of God to SPEAK! Speak Now!" Exodus 11:1-2, "And the Lord said to Moses, 'I will bring one more plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward he will let you go from here. When he lets you go, he will surely drive you out of here altogether. Speak now in the hearing of the people, and let every man ask from his neighbor and every woman from her neighbor, articles of silver and articles of gold.'"

This is why I am bringing this message to you today. This is the "Kairos time – the set time of God's favor!" This great unrelenting favor of God was not an afterthought of God. He told it to Moses up front (Exodus 3:21). It was a prophetic promise they had to hear, actively believe, and wait for the set time! So God's favor was a predetermined, preplanned work of the Lord that He spoke would come to pass!

Then at a strategic moment in time, it was precisely released and executed! God had it on His mind at the beginning, but it was executed at a strategic moment, a specific kairos time. Then right before the last move of God in Egypt, God said, "Now Is The Set Time Of Favor...Speak Now!" I want to encourage everyone of you to take out your prophetic promises and declare them again. Speak now! This is a strategic time of breakthrough and deliverance for God's people!

Believe God For Your Breakthrough!

Lastly, during this set time of favor, whole families walked together out of the past and headed to their Promised Land together. I want to challenge you to believe God for your whole family to walk free during this season of breakthrough. I prophesy to you that whole families are going to walk free from past bondages, free from former task masters, receive a "course correction" from God and get back on the path of their destiny!

Life may be preaching one message to you through the voice of bankers, creditors, problems or whatever, but I have a different report for you. I bring to you the report of the Lord. I declare to you today:

God has prepared and planned something far greater for you than you have been able to dream up yourself. God's day of unrelenting favor is upon you NOW! This moment, right now, has been prepared by Jehovah God just for you! This is the moment God's favor will begin to move in an unprecedented way!

I'm not just trying to excite you today, but I am speaking to you what I have heard from the Spirit of God! God is releasing His great awakening His way! The generations are waking up and coming alive! Speak now! Prophesy again what God has declared over your lives, over your families! Then, "Stand and see the salvation of your God! The enemy you see today you will see no more, forever!" (See Exodus 14:13.)

The set time had come for their freedom, so that they could worship God! It was always all about worshipping God! "Let My people go that they may worship Me!" (See Exodus 8:1.) This set time of favor is for you to receive, but it is also for you to worship the Lord in the beauty of Holiness. I declare to you today that you have come into the Kingdom of God for such a time as this! It was not time before, but now it is time, the strategic time of His favor!

Exodus 12:36 'And the Lord had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they granted them what they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.'

This day is like no other day. This time is like no other time. You have been through things you thought you would never go through, but you are about to receive something you have never had before. Speak now! Be bold! Be strong! Be courageous for the set time of God's favor has come!

RESET TIME

I have been reading devotionals that talk about a time of reset. We are in the midst of a divine reset that will catch us up from the attacks that have caused delays and caused us to lag behind. We are being reset and recalibrate for these are indeed set times.

This reset will involve erasing past failures, frustrations and fears and removing former discouragement, disappointments, distractions and delays. It will also include the grace to break patterns that have limited or sabotaged you in the past.

This reset will be unto a personal Genesis. Any place in our lives where there has been chaos, darkness or a void, His Spirit will hover and His light will break forth into a new day.

CHANGING OF GUARDS

Recently I have been impressed upon the notion of changing of Guards. The prophetic world was mourning the loss of a great prophet Kim Clement. Although I have never heard of him, I could feel the grief and pain in the hearts of those whose lives had been touched by him. It was like a great loss but because precious is the death of His saints, God will unleash double portions of His anointing unto new prophets who would arise in greater power. These prophets will do greater damage to the kingdom of darkness.

I also thought about Elijah's mantle coming into Elisha. I thought about how Elijah's ministry was cut short. I thought about succession plans and how in this season, more great men of God seemed to be going back to heaven than before. On the surface it may seem like a great loss but God is raising up more Pauls in place of the Stephens. God will turn all things around for our good. I also went through a time of grief in this year when my grandma went home to be with the Lord.

One day, while those past memories replayed in my mind, the Father interrupted me, saying, "It is over. She has no more suffering." Our memories of that time are real, but they need to be reconciled. Father has sent His angels to chauffeur our loved ones home, and they are safe and without pain. He is sending His Word to release us of our painful memories from the valley of the shadow, or from the shock of their abrupt departure, so that we can move forward with Him.

Not only that, the action on our part of honoring the lives of our grandparents is the trigger that activates the generational blessing from them in the now for us. Generational blessings are heavenly currency stored up by the faithfulness of those in our families. When they are activated in our lives (by honor), they cause a chain reaction on earth which translates to physical events, supernaturally driven, that open doors to our specific callings with greater ease.

I believe that with the passing of my grandma, not only those attacks on my life in the first part of 2016 had to cease, many of the Lee's generational blessings and callings are also unleashed upon our lives. As I watched the movie Moana, I cried at the part when her grandma passed away. But it was also because of her passing that Moana was released to fulfil her destiny. Or else she couldn't bear to leave her grandma there.

I also felt that with my grandma's passing, I am set free to fulfil my calling. Somehow I was held back by some thing. The enemy was able to push my button in her case. My heart would wrench in pain as I see her hollow eyes in the nursing home or when she was in pain in the hospital. I used to wonder if the result of her suffering was due to a prayer I prayed years ago for God to prolong her life. But with her passing, the enemy has no more power over me in this area.

No more button to push. In the past he could bring great fear of her dying anytime whenever my grandma got hospitalised. But now I thank God I am released from that pain. I am now at peace. The thing which I feared most, which was her passing really wasn't as bad as I thought. The God of comfort is with me. Death is only a temporal separation for believers. I will see her again in heaven.

God has also impressed upon me the necessity of being pruned, stretched and purified for His use. If not, the devil would take these to work against me when things are moving faster in God's power. God wouldn't let that happen. Hence it was necessary for God to burn away these impurities first. Yes it might be painful, it might be confusing, it might be uncomfortable but God promised that after going through the fire, He is bringing me to a place of abundance.

Recently I have been receiving many messages of harvest season, rewards, place of abundance, fulfilment, manifestation, time to soar and payback time. It seemed like the messages I received in end 2014 yet they are of a greater magnitude. The prognosis on 2017 has been exceptionally good, like the year of finally. The year of arrival. The year of His unprecedented blessings and glory. A year of great victory. A year of enjoying the fruits of our labour after waiting so long. A year of great joy and blessings.

ELIJAH'S MANTLE

The church service on 11 Dec was a replay of Pastor's sermon preached on 30 Nov 2014. It was weird that I didn't have much recollection of what he said in the sermon. It seemed to be like a new sermon to me. But what he said was still a now word for this season. In fact there were three parts to his sermon.

The first part talked about Elijah's ministry. How John the Baptist was like him. He majored in the miraculous but his focus was on the signs and wonders. His ministry pronounced judgment more than grace. Elisha on the other hand was like Jesus. A prophet of grace. He lived amongst men and was accessible to men. His ministry extended more grace than judgement.

Pastor said Elijah's ministry was cut short because he complained to God about Israel sinning. He said they killed all the prophets and he was the only one living. But God said he has reserved 7000 in Israel who has not bowed down to Baal. Whenever someone thinks he is indispensable and complains to God or other people then it is a form of self righteousness. Whether it was out of pride or burnt out God would cut short our ministry if that happens. God will then give our office to another to take our place. How sad right?

This word is a now word because the prophetic voices are talking about the Elisha mantle coming on the hidden ones who are coming into position. Many of the old prophets are like Elijah and they have gone back to heaven. Their double portion anointing is coming upon the Elisha. These two years we have seen more great men of the Lord pass on than we ever did. We really felt that it was the time of the changing of guards.

The second part of his sermon was about holy communion and tithing. Pastor preached about holy communion the week before this and he experienced counter attacks. His son never had such high fever before. The devil came to him and asked 'what happened to your teachings on holy communion? ' He was wondering if he should bring his son to the hospital if not it would be his responsibility should anything happen to his son. Despite this Pastor took the holy communion and gave it to his son the next day. Slowly he felt the fever subsiding and it broke that very day.

Pastor said when you take holy communion there will be counterattack. The enemy doesn't want the word to take root in your heart so he causes trials and tribulations to come your way to make you give up on God's word. So if you give up, if you become fearful of his attacks then you had already lost. At times you faced difficulties not because you had wrong believing or you did wrong but precisely because of something right you did. The persecution came.

Many pastors are afraid to preach on healing because of the attacks on their congregation. They were concerned that members would fall away or stumble in the trials or storms. However you have already lost the battle when you are afraid of the enemy. The key is to continue preaching holy communion and persevere for the healing will eventually manifest.

There was a third part to his sermon. It was about Peter's testing. The devil had asked to sift Peter like wheat and Jesus allowed it. Jesus prayed that his faith would not fail and when he was restored he was supposed to strengthen his brethren. Now Peter had a self righteousness streak that had to be addressed and removed. And the only way to remove it was to let Peter go through the sifting. Let him be disappointed in himself and come to the end. Then look to Jesus.

Similarly this was what the Lord had been doing in my life. Removing the dross and impurities from my character. I still have self righteousness and roots of bitterness in me. Unless God removed those if not it would pose a problem for my future ministry. I cannot be of use to God if these dross are not removed. So the only way for God to burn away these impurities was to allow His fire to come into my life.

But this fire wouldn't destroy me. In fact I would come out of it without the smell of smoke on me. And when my faith is restored, after I come out of the fire, I am to strengthen my brothers and sisters. This is the plan of God. Now more so than ever I am convinced that the storm is over and I have come out of the fire a better person. The dross like self righteousness, self consciousness, pride, tendency to compare, impatience and bitterness had been removed. What remains is more Christlike. Praise the Lord!

Pastor said before the devil attacks us, he had to count the cost. Because if he attacked us and we stayed in faith, then he got to pay back sevenfold what he attacked. In every battle there are spoils. If God allowed you to go through that war then there would be spoils after it. We are in a war whether we like it or not. So whether we fight back or not the enemy is still going to come after us. He won't let us off. So it's better to persevere in God's word and determine to come out of that narrow place.Because what awaits us is the abundance of spoils and a broad place of fulfilment. All glory to Jesus!

LOCALITY INFLUENCE

I had so much revelations about our recent road trip to Malaysia that I couldn't help but blog on it. Other than the experience of feeling abundance in buying many things, feeling rich because of the exchange rate as our Singapore dollar can be stretched further, there was also another thing I discovered. Something about locality, entering into a different locality. Like when we entered Port Dickson, I immediately smelled the fresher air there.

For the past few months, I had been struggling with some lying symptoms in my body. I knew I was healed after partaking of the holy communion but somehow I still felt the lying symptoms. The Lord told me to persevere in taking holy communion because the healing will eventually manifest fully. One day I will be free of such lying symptoms and I would not be bothered by it anymore.

Throughout this trip I didn't even experience any lying symptoms or attacks on my body. Maybe I was busy enjoying my holiday and feeling happy so I didn't notice it. But I didn't think so. I believed that the enemy didn't have a hold on me. Something happened during the trip. I was completely released from this bondage, this harassment. For the first time, I really experienced the full healing. It was really a breakthrough for me. I have been waiting for this day when I can be fully released from the lying symptoms.

But when I came back to Singapore, I vaguely felt those lying symptoms again. But thank God I now have this revelation that it was because of the stronghold or influence in a certain locality. Like how the demons have authority over a certain locality but not others. Like how this specific spirit of infirmity cannot follow me everywhere I go. Once I was out of this locality, the demon lost its hold on me. This was a very important discovery to me. It meant that I was healed long ago but the lying symptoms lingered because of the influence of the enemy in this locality.

Well, if I wasn't healed or completely well, I would have felt the same lying symptoms in Malaysia. But I didn't. So this meant that I was set free. And it so happened that once I came back to this locality the lying symptoms seemed to recur. This time round I was all the more determined to plead the blood of Jesus and to command the demonic influence to be destroyed in this locality. Before the fall, man was given dominion over everything but now even a small virus can knock him out for a week. Oh how man has fallen!

Today we went to see a NASA exhibition. When I saw the lunar rover, I thought of this story I shared before in Mar 2013. It reinforced the fact that the spiritual atmosphere is different in different localities. That was why some believers could sense an open spiritual atmosphere or a hostile one when they entered a country. Recently I began to sense a change in the spiritual atmosphere in this locality. There seemed to be a turnaround. For the first half of 2016, things had been really tough and the people of God was severely oppressed. But the tide was slowly turning from July onwards and we have been advancing, gaining ground little by little. The Lord has been uncovering the enemy's schemes and destroying those works. Victory belongs to us.

I remember a story told of an astronaut on the moon. He was a carnal believer who did not pray much, let alone could hear the voice of God. But on one expedition to the moon, he realized that the Lunar Rover was not working. No engineer was around to repair the vehicle so he had to do it. The problem was this vehicle is a highly complicated machine and he would not be able to know how to repair it. Out of desperation he prayed to God for help to repair the Lunar Rover. Amazingly he was able to hear God's voice clearly and step by step, The Lord led him to successfully repair the vehicle and he was able to complete his mission. When he came back to earth, the people were amazed at how he could repair the Lunar Rover. To this, he explained that The Lord spoke to him and guided him to do so.

From this story, we learnt that the principalities and dark forces covering the atmosphere of this earth which we cannot see are very real. That is why many believers claimed that they cannot hear God's voice or don't know that God is speaking to them. The truth is He speaks all the time and He longs to communicate to us. That was how the astronaut on the moon was able to hear God's voice clearly because there is no resistance in that atmospheric realm. But I believe a time has come when The Lord is creating an open heavens scenario. An open heaven is when there is least spiritual resistance and the Spirit of God moves freely in the affairs of the world. It is a time when prayers get answered speedily and The Lord pours out His blessings on us like a flood (Deut. 28:12-13).

DR STRANGE

Have you watched the movie 'Dr Strange'? Well, I did some time ago and I learnt so many things from this movie. I had a very powerful revelation about the time loop. There was a part where Dr Strange had the enemy trapped in an endless time loop. He had the gift of controlling time, reversing and fast forwarding time. Even though he was slain many times, he came back again to relive that moment. It came to a point where the devil was weary of reliving this moment, of being stuck in this time loop. So the devil had no choice but to accede to Dr Strange's request.

This thought kept me thinking and I asked the Lord what was it that the devil was most afraid of. Which particular time in history? He showed me that it was the time when the devil thought he defeated Jesus by having the people crucify Jesus only to realise that was the greatest mistake. In three days' time when Jesus resurrected, the devil would suffer his greatest defeat ever in history. I thought so too. The devil must have hated to relive this scene again because it enforced his defeat.

But it was only during a Sunday church service that the Lord showed me the physical act of keeping the devil in a time loop was whenever we take holy communion. Because when we come to the Lord's supper, we remember his death and resurrection. We also enforce His victory on earth through the finished work. The devil hates it when we take communion because it reminds him of his defeat every time we partake. Hence he will do anything to stop us from taking communion. That is why whenever I start taking communion, there will be attacks on my body. This shouldn't be surprising. The key is to continue to persevere in taking communion because we already have the victory in Christ. 

Beyond a certain point the enemy would be wearied and totally worn out. He would be begging to let him go and release him from the time loop like what happened in the movie. As much as he often used this technique to keep us stuck in our past, like reliving the pain of that moment, he was very afraid of being caught in a time loop himself. So all the more we should partake the communion and proclaim the Lord's victory over him. Sooner or later he has to cease his attacks on us because he has limited ammo and resources. He knows his end is coming. 

Besides this powerful revelation, I also have nuggets which I learnt from the movie and I hope these will bless you. 

• Things in the spirit are more real than you think
• Battles are won in the spirit realm first before the natural realm
• What you see in the natural isn't all the reality
• The mind is more powerful than we think, it can command the cells in your body to heal itself when medical science says it's impossible
• God has already built in the solution to an increasingly dark world and the answer is in His people
• He has hidden gifts and talents in us to combat the evil one, just waiting for us to discover and use those gifts
• While the enemy tries to trap us in a time loop, keeping us stuck in the past, reliving that same moment again and again, he himself is scared of being trapped in a time loop too. 
• It is not about us. It's always about something greater, bigger than us. Don't be egoistic and proud. It's about Jesus.
• In order to operate in the spiritual realm, you have to forget everything you learnt in the past. You got to surrender your previous beliefs and ways of doing things. Be open to the new ways of God for He is always doing a new thing.
• Sometimes in order to do His will, certain natural laws have to be broken or violated. Like time and space continuum. That is called a miracle.
• What the world sees as the end, God sees as a new beginning
• The bad thing which happened to you is not necessarily bad. God works all things out for our good.
• Sometimes God has to allow that bad thing to happen or else you will never come to Him and never discover your true destiny on your own accord. The storm is the answer, bringing you to where you need to be.
• Just as the relics are there to help you in the fight, so are the spiritual weapons like holy communion, praying in tongues, fasting, anointing oil, declaring the word of God, prophetic acts etc
• The enemy will always try to cast doubts on the goodness of God but don't believe his lies. Seek to know God intimately so you will be able to defunct what are the lies and you won't be deceived 
• We will always have the victory in the end because Christ has won it for us

Things in the spirit realm has no time. Hence people sometimes are given a peek into the future which we call a prophetic word. That is reality in God's eyes. God is timeless. To Him, this event has already happened. He has seen it happen. It just hasn't happened in this time line yet. But it is only a matter of time that it will necessarily happen. 

A PROPHETIC DREAM

I had a dream this morning about a tsunami. Before that we were in a cruise and there were ravenous wolves in that dream chasing and devouring people. It was mayhem and panic for many running for their lives. At one point a wolf was chasing Joshua and I was concerned for his life. I told him to swim faster so as to escape the wolf and come to me. Thank God he was kept safe.

Later on we were in an elevator trying to get to another floor to escape the wolves. We then came to an auditorium where a group of audience was watching a musical. We were refused entrance to this musical earlier on because we didn't have the tickets. I was amazed at how the people inside this auditorium were totally ignorant of the killing and mayhem outside.

The next scene was about an event taking place in this unknown place. Halfway through the event there was a tsunami that swept everything away, including the props. Thank God we weren't swept away by the huge waves after they subsided. What happened next was someone told us to head to higher grounds before the next wave of tsunami came. We did and we headed towards the mountain. We grabbed hold of something strong so that we wouldn't be swept away by the huge waves. And we braced ourselves and waited for the next wave to come.

At a higher vantage point, I was able to look down and see if the tsunami was coming. I was then able to warn the rest of the impending waves. At some point I saw the waves rising up to a few stories high in the horizon and I told the rest to brace themselves and hold on tight because the waves were coming. But interestingly before the waves hit us, I woke up from my dream.

I wasn't scared or worried when I awoke from this dream. I think it was a warning dream. At the same time, it was also a good dream because the tsunami waves speak of God's avalanche of blessings on our lives which would overwhelm us in the days to come. I have this feeling that a shaking is going to happen in the world and those who are in Christ will be unshakable. Like those in my dream who were enjoying a musical in the auditorium, they will be protected from the chaos outside, totally oblivious of what was going on.

Then in the latter part of my dream, we were told to hold on to something strong to withstand the storm. That something is Christ. He is our rock solid foundation. And I knew my role in that shaking. Because of my ability to hear from God, I was able to operate on a higher vantage point. As a result I was given a peep as to what is coming and tell the rest how to prepare for it.

Then I received a confirmation as I watched Lance Wallnau's message about Kim Clement. Kim had this vision in a meeting where he was able to peep over the walls of the enemy to see what was going on in the enemy's camp. It was a breakthrough anointing that Kim had and because we are standing on the shoulders of giants, we are able to operate more in the prophetic anointing with greater ease. Thank God for these saints who had gone ahead of us and made a way for us!

REWARDS AND HARVESTIME (video)

I was reflecting on what transpired this year and I realised that we had just come out of the narrow place, a very tough season and the fiery furnace. The storm had clearly passed and now I have entered into harvest. I know how harvest times feels like. It's really like this. I have tasted the goodness of harvest times in 2005 and I know how it feels like to be in harvest. The truth is though I have seen a measure of the fruits manifesting in the previous season, that still wasn't harvest time. That still wasn't the fullness of God's blessings manifesting in my life. I keep declaring it was harvest time in the past few years but it still wasn't. But now I am convinced that harvest time has come. It's that déjà vu feeling.

Joyce Meyer said this and it always encouraged me. When harvesttime comes, the desires of your heart begin to manifest—bondages fall off of you and you see your dreams come to pass. You see your kids changing and your family getting saved. Prosperity, favor, promotion, honor, and all kinds of good things come out in the open where they can be seen. In harvesttime, more than ever before, you hear from God, you enjoy His presence, and you're led by the Spirit. Blessings begin to chase you down the street, and joy and calm delight become your normal mood.

Are you tired of waiting for harvesttime in your life? Are you frustrated, crying out, "When, God, when?" Then you need to understand that God's timing is often a mystery. He doesn't do things on our timetable. Yet His Word promises that He will not be late, not one single day. But these things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, do not despair, for these things will surely come to pass. Just be patient! They will not be overdue a single day!

God causes things to happen at exactly the right time! Your job is not to figure out when, but to make up your mind that you won't give up until you cross the finish line and are living in the radical, outrageous blessings of God! The more you trust Jesus and keep your eyes focused on Him, the more life you'll have. Trusting God brings life. Believing brings rest. POSSESSED OUR POSSESSIONS

Recently I was prompted to look at my three wishes. Then I realised that two of them had come to pass for this year. One was about Joshua being awarded top four in class. The other wish was for God to cause my ministry to flourish, whether in writing or mothers' ministry. It didn't occur to me that this wish had come to pass. God led me to start a women's ministry and it had been doing well. The ladies in my group had been growing in their faith and becoming more bold. They are even helping me to minister to other sisters in need. Not only that, God also started a video broadcast ministry, which was something on my heart since 2012. It came to pass this July.

Two of Joshua's wishes came to pass too. One of his wish was to be top four in class and the other was to live a happy and good life. As for Heng, one of his wishes came to pass, which was to have greater heights in influence in his career. This year, despite being oppressed and going through the fire, God caused Heng to emerge stronger, bolder and victorious. God has lifted his head up so that he wouldn't be leaving in shame and defeat. On the contrary, he would be leaving in honour and victory as he had boldly stood up and spoken against the lousy system.

This is the year of possessing our possessions. I thank God that Heng and Joshua had already possessed their promised land. Especially for Heng, it was no small feat. It was a major breakthrough. His promised land was fraught with so many giants in the beginning of the year. He really couldn't see past the fog. But as he continued to press on and trust the Lord, God opened doors for him. And later on, he saw how God turned the situation around for him in a most spectacular way, vindicating him. He knew he passed the test when he finally dared to speak up and overcame the giants. God is promoting him to new levels of influence and prosperity in the new workplace. He has also grown much spiritually.

For me, I also possessed my promised land in a way, in the area of my ministry. Small beginnings but God told me not to despise them. Hence I give thanks for God starting the women's ministry and video ministry. But I also know there are more possessions for us to possess as this year is still not over yet. We are advancing, taking new grounds for our promised land and will continue to do so next year! All glory to Jesus!

EXCITING MESSAGES FOR NOVEMBER 2016

This morning I was prompted to review the prophetic words for Nov. As I plowed through all the messages received, I noticed there were a few themes running through the messages. I had a strong sense that the time has truly come, nothing can be done against a prophecy whose time has come. This is the time for that baby to be born! It is the time for our promise to manifest. All delay has ended and God will do it now. Nothing will delay or hinder our advancement and acceleration into our promised land. Angels are going before me to remove everything that blocked my way and prevented me from receiving the fullness of my inheritance.

I will indeed make it through this time and come out of this time in an entirely new place, anointing and authority. We are not waiting for another time but stepping today into our NOW season of His faithfulness and goodness. I am standing in a 'made manifest' season right now. That which I have expected will be made manifest. The season of distress and wilderness has come to an end. The dawn of a new day has come. It's time for my breakthrough and manifestation of promises. We are not waiting for it for it has already happened. This is the time when the broken curses start manifesting themselves as freedom from bondage.

The shift has occurred and there is a greater momentum taking place in the spirit that is causing many things that have been stuck and stagnant to be lifted, shifted, unlocked, unblocked and released to you. God is releasing His word today to bring about the victory I have so longed for. Yes and amen to the dreams and promises He has birthed in my heart. Nov is the month of the miraculous, a month in which I will experience great manifestations of God's goodness. Don't be troubled by apparent delays and denials for there will be a sudden miraculous manifestation this month.

New things are happening. For what was not will not define you and your history will not repeat itself again. God is establishing me in the new and the mundane, boring same old ways of doing things will be replaced by the new. Now is the time to arise into the promised fulfilment of our dreams. Long time delays are suddenly ending and impossible things are suddenly possible. It is the ordained season for droughts, curses, and delays to be done with. The web of witchcraft that has been instrumental in holding back so many and so much is being demolished.

The other theme occurring frequently is that of restoration and God turning things around for us, working all things for our good. He is the Lord of the turnaround. The Lord has turned the enemy's schemes unto himself and he is in panic, losing control. God's hand moved mightily on our behalf. Heaven is responding to our cries for deliverance and restoration. In this hour God has already begun to move swiftly on our behalf to deliver us. He is plundering the enemy's camp breaking the heavy yoke of oppression that has been unjustly put on us. Watch and see how God totally turn things around in the next few days. It's going to be a last gasp breakthrough!

Another prominent theme is rejoicing and celebrating. Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. Let the old and young rejoice in the dance. God is turning our sorrows into joy. Rejoice for the enemy's hand has been overturned. Harvest time has come! Seed is coming to fruition! Fullness of time has come! God is singing songs of deliverance over me and shouting over me with great joy. Everlasting joy is mine. Instead of my shame I shall receive a double portion and instead of disgrace, I will rejoice in my inheritance.

There is a reward after the testing of our faith. There is no short cut in the process of being refined as gold. Those who trusted Jesus will come out as gold. He will open the door from the furnace to the promised land. Get ready for it is time to go up, eat choice food and drink sweet drinks. There is a sound of abundance of rain. In the weeks ahead, you will testify that in this month you 'went up and danced in the fields of His abundance'. This is the season when heaven is releasing to us an open door to 'double', new beginnings, new life, new growth, great feasting and celebration. I am shifted to a new place where bitterness is turned to sweetness, barren becomes fruitful, hope is renewed and vision restored.

Last but not least the other theme featured is about acceleration. Recently I have experienced things starting to move but not so fast yet. Nov is the month of divine abundance, access and acceleration. Expect the winds of acceleration to blow upon every area of your life as there is a supernatural shift taking place even in this hour. The bullet train is arriving. The Lord has announced that those who are ready for the ride of their life to get on board. Things are already starting to accelerate as we are moving into a time of seeing sudden changes and advancement.

This is happening right now. Things are going to move way faster to restore you to a new place. God is equipping us with new weapons for spiritual warfare. He is releasing new gifts and anointing that are updated from the old and much more effective. He is bringing us into a higher level of speed, astounding efficiency and productivity. He is releasing strategies and plans for us to take hold of the new season and possess our promised land. You have not missed the boat. God has not passed you over. He has just been putting some finishing touches on you. So get ready to go up to possess your possessions!

BATTLE STRATEGIES (video)

I was ministered when I reviewed Pastor Prince's sermons for 2016 as I discovered that there were many nuggets of truth in his preaching. Some of these may have slipped our attention because as you may know, Pastor's sermons are chock-full of revelations. Specifically these nuggets of truth pertains to the battle strategies for possessing our possessions. I hope this video message will bless you too!

SHOUT! THE TRUMPET HAS SOUNDED (video)

Pastor Prince preached a powerful sermon on 25 Sep, the one about the ram's horn and marching around the walls of Jericho. I was again encouraged by this message. Pastor was saying that when the Israelites marched around Jericho with the ark of the covenant (signified by the presence of Jesus today), the seven priests and seven ram's horns, Joshua told them to remain silent. I always thought it was the Lord but I now see that it was Joshua who said this. They had to do this for seven days. They must be wondering how silly it was to do this while their enemies laughed at them. First day they circled one time and went back. Nothing happened. Second day they did it and nothing happened.

For seven days they did it and nothing seemed to be happening to the walls. But from the start of their march, the foundations of the walls already began shaking. It was just not visible to their eyes. Pastor said when you start taking holy communion, don't be discouraged if you see nothing happening. Behind the scenes, Jesus is cursing the roots and removing the sickness at its roots. That disease is already cursed at its roots and soon this will show at the leaves.

Joshua learnt from the previous experience that when the Israelites complained and murmured, they died in the desert. They couldn't enter the promised land. It was their murmuring that caused their defeat. So this time round, he was smart enough to tell them not to speak a word, remain silent when circling the tower. He didn't want them to be defeated by their own words, making the same mistake as their fathers. Pastor said after you take communion, don't defeat the act of faith by complaining that the symptoms are still there or getting worse.

Continue to partake of the holy communion, giving thanks to God for breakthrough. The Israelites had to march around Jericho for seven days and seven times for the seventh day. They got to continue believing God will cause the walls to crumble though nothing seemed to have changed. Pastor said sometimes the manifestation comes instantly but most times, it is a process. You got to persevere at doing it and press on. Don't give up because you are already in the last round. Don't throw away your confidence in God because it will be richly rewarded.

Pastor had someone demonstrate the shofar blowing for different blast has different meanings. Trumpet sounding will bring Jubilee into our lives. At the end of a long blast, Pastor said 'Shout for the Lord has given you the city!' Wow! I felt something resonate in my spirit. Yes, the trumpet has been sounded and we can give a shout of victory. The walls will crumble next and we can go in to take possession of our inheritance! I was so ministered by this ram's horn sounding that I had to put it into a video message. COUNTDOWN TO JEWISH YEAR 5777!

As we entered into the last week of Jewish Jubilee year 5776, I just like to highlight some of the things impressed upon me. This Sunday sundown will be 2 Oct, Rosh Hashanah, the Hebrew New Year. As we know, many things seem to happen around the time of Rosh Hashanah. Exciting things. Especially more so for this year when we are preparing to enter into Jewish year 5777. Another crossing over.

Previously I was never interested in the Hebrew calendar as I am not a Jew. But ever since a sister told me about Rosh Hashanah in 2010, I began to be interested. That was the first time I heard about it. She said things seemed to happen faster in the second half of the year because it is the Jewish New year in Sept. There is a lot of spiritual activity around the Jewish New Year.

Later on I began to be inducted to other Jewish months, thanks to another sister. She was the one who sent me Dutch Sheets' video last year on 'Full circle, higher level'. He said God always caused the blessing to come around the same time next year. So it behooved me to understand what the Jewish month means so that I could cooperate with God for each month, to be more in the flow. In the past I didn't like to know about what the future holds for me, what each month holds for me. But I realised that God wanted me to know so that I will be able to move with Him.

But learning the Jewish calendar was a bit confusing to me. There is this Jewish civil calendar and the spiritual or religious calendar. The Jewish new year starts from Rosh Hashanah and this calendar is used to count the years from the creation of mankind. Then there is the Jewish religious calendar which starts from Mar or Apr every year, and it is called the month of Nisan.

This is decreed by the Lord as the first month for the nation for they were delivered from Egypt. Hence in the religious calendar, the new year happens in Tishrei or the seventh month of the religious year. I only learnt about this now. If you want to count the years, you use the civil calendar but if you are talking about the months, Nisan will always be the first month of the religious calendar.

Now I just like to share a little about the prophetic messages on the Hebrew year 5777. On the whole, the prophets seemed to be so excited about this new year because it was prophesied to be the year of harvest, where the time of revival has come. Some of them were saying that this revival was long overdue, as the last one was supposed to happen in 2005 but it didn't. They observed that God's revival usually happens every 11 years but this time the gap was 22 years.

Come this Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets, we move into the new Hebraic year 5777 (Ayin Zayin) and this will be a year that the Lord will bring us into a new "rest" in Him, even as the shaking is all around us. It is a year that we will see a "finishing" anointing come upon the Apostolic and Prophetic people of God. It is a year that we will see the "triune" sword of the Lord released against His enemies and continue through this new season!

5777 will be a breakout and breakthrough year that begins this October! Five is the number of grace and the number of government, and the fivefold expression of God. Seven (Zayin in Hebrew) is the number of rest; it can symbolise a sword, and it represents the finished work. I believe this year we will begin to exercise His authority and government in a way like we've never experienced before, as we enter into a rest in Him like we have never known.

We will see the triple sword of the Lord (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) go forth into all the earth, bringing down the enemy's plans just as Haman's plans came to naught and the tables were turned upon Him as the Queen received the favor of her king!

Many prophets are declaring that we are on the cusp of the greatest awakening in redemptive history, and that we are poised for a massive transfer of wealth and provision (as God did with the Israelites coming out of Egypt, Ezra in the rebuilding of the temple, and as Jesus with the gifts of the Magi), that we are on the eve of the outpouring of glory that will outshine any move of God in history. 

For those that have ears to hear and eyes to see, for those that move in the Issachar anointing (knowing the times and the seasons) there is an overwhelming sense that the days of victory and taking the land are now upon us! Tighten your seat belts – 5777 is just around the corner!

IT'S TIME TO GIVE BIRTH! (video)

I am so excited to share the latest video message titled 'It's time to give birth! Last month I released the word which was 'It's your NOW time!'. Well, I felt like this latest message wasn't a repetition but a progressive advancement from the last one. In this message, I sensed the urgency not just to discern your appointed time is here but to get ready for that final push.

Many of you have been in spiritual labour for a very long time and you are so weary, almost giving up. I felt that Lord telling you not to give up, not to get distracted now because it is the crux time, matchpoint. It is the climax of the story when your dreams are about to be birthed after you give the final push. Many of you have had so many false closings that you couldn't be sure if this is it. I am here to tell you to doubt no more for this is it, this is really it, the moment you have been waiting for all these years! Start rejoicing because your 'baby' is crowning and about to be birthed very soon!

HEARING FROM GOD

I just like to share some of my experiences in hearing from God. Hope it will bless you!

1. It may not always be in the way I expected, as God can speak through anything
2. Be open about the outcome after being led to do something
3. He will always provide a witness or confirmation if I ask Him, even the timing of the prophetic word (if you are mature enough to handle it)
4. Most times you cannot see how obeying God in one thing has any correlation to the promise you are waiting for but behind the scenes, they are all connected
5. Change always bring with it some level of uncertainty and discomfort but press past that stage of transition and things will be ok after you birth that spiritual baby
6. Sometimes I make mistakes when hearing from God but it's part of the learning process and God will always work all things out for my good
7. Hearing of God needs practice, lots of practice and journaling really helps a lot!
8. Most times after a strong prophetic word is given, things go the opposite way
9. God sometimes gives a prophetic word during a tough season to excite you and keep you in the process; things may not happen immediately after He spoke but that doesn't mean you heard Him wrongly
10. Many prophetic words are for another season, in which there is a time of preparation from God, a time of character building, strengthening of our spiritual muscles because His plan is so big, we need to grow to walk in that greatness

GOD SPOKE, NOW WHAT?

Recently I read Doug Addison's latest book 'God spoke, now what?'. I have received so many nuggets of truth from his book, some of them reinforced my own experiences of hearing from God. John 10:27 says 'My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.' Although I agree that it is natural for us, the children of God to hear our Father's voice, I still feel that sometimes we need some help. Our Abba Farher longs to speak with us, and He is speaking to us al the time but we may not discern or know it. Sometimes we misunderstand what He is saying and fall flat on our faces as we tried to step out in faith. Then we get all discouraged, wondering if we heard Him correctly in the first place. The negative experience also deterred us from hearing His voice.

Primarily Doug Addison wrote this book to address prophetic hopelessness in many people's lives. When someone gets a prophetic word that does not seem to come about in their life they can suffer from prophetic hopelessness and often give up on hearing the voice of God. That is what people need right now; people need their longings fulfilled and their hope in God restored. Proverbs 13:12 says 'Hope deferred makes the heart sick but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.' Through this book, Doug teaches us to activate our prophetic words so that they could come to pass and we can experience the fulfilment of a prophetic word.

I believe that many of us have received a word from God at some point of our lives. Some believers may not know that is the word from God because they either don't believe the word or don't trust the person who gave the word. Hence they don't receive. That is like the seed sown on the rocky ground and the birds of the air came to eat the seeds. Yet there are some who received the word but because persecution and trials came and they gave up the word. Then there are some who received the word but because it took longer than expected hence they started to grow weary in the waiting.

My experience with prophetic words either in my life or others' lives is that most misunderstandings come because we didn't discern the timing of that word. Like Doug said, many a times, the prophetic word given is not for now. We would need to understand the timing of what you have heard from God. At the same time, it is important to activate or respond to it in some way. It is biblical to do something practical along the way. He encourages people to do something to activate their prophetic words, but do not go bankrupt doing it.

He said God will often speak to you in a powerful way during a season that you really need it. Most of the time we get very excited and then nothing happens. This is because God gave you the prophetic word to get you through a difficult time and keep you going through the process of refinement. An often difficult part of hearing God is understanding if what you are hearing is for now or later. This can only come with practice, along with some trial and error. Sometimes God will speak to you about something that you are being called to in the future. He may even give you signs that look like it is happening now. But then things change and the opportunity or situation goes away.

Another common thing that could get people discouraged is the fact that troubles can come along with the prophetic word, especially powerful ones. Doug addressed this in his book. When the stakes are that high like for apostle Paul, you need a powerful prophetic word to carry you through the challenging times. God was pretty much calling Paul to change jobs and move. Just know this, when you get a powerful word, sometimes it is designed to get you to hold on through a hard storm. If you think about it, you do not need powerful words to do normal things. There are a lot of things in life that you do not need a powerful prophetic word in order to accomplish.

Sometimes the greater the calling or the greater the prophetic word, the tougher the path is going to be, and the more resistance you are going to face. That is why God has given you that clarity, so that you will remember His word and not give up. Many times people find that after a prophetic word is given, instead of seeing it come to pass, things went totally the opposite way. Persecution, spiritual resistance and troubles come because of the word and people are confused wondering what happened. But this is quite common. It means you are headed in the right direction.

Doug said that it often takes time for prophetic words to be worked out in your life and I found this to be true. The prophetic word is like a seed sowed into your heart and you will have to give it some time for that seed to grow into a tree before it can bear fruit. Though some prophetic words God gave you might be for now, to get you to act on it immediately for it is the appointed time, most of them are for the future seasons.

God will use the prophetic to get you on track, encourage you and help you to accelerate into your life’s calling. Trust God to speak to you and guide you, but do not forget to activate what He is saying to you. If you are called to do something that you are not released to do yet, or you are not at a mature enough level to do yet, then do not worry about that. You can still begin to prepare now. You can take a class, read a book or watch videos on the things you are called to do.

BREAKTHROUGH FOR HENG!

I just want to give thanks to God for His great favour and grace upon Heng's career. It has been a very tough and challenging time for him since the beginning of this year. He also started applying for other jobs but did not see any open doors. We were wondering if it was time for Heng to move on from this company. Initially I felt there might be an inheritance or spoils or possessions for him to possess in this company but after seeing how Heng's health was affected by the work stress, I couldn't be sure.

Afterall, my utmost concern was his health and his soul prosperity. If he was constantly feeling frustrated and unhappy in his workplace, then I didn't think it was God's will for his life. So when he told me he wanted to resign without a job, I didn't hesitate to support this decision. Of course it wasn't easy for him as the sole breadwinner but I trust that God will provide for us. Thank God that open doors started manifesting in end June, after a half-year wait. Heng started receiving calls from head hunters and went for a few interviews.

But in early July, it still didn't seem like he was going to get a job offer soon. Yet he strongly felt that he should throw in his resignation before landing a job. After all, he had to serve a six month notice so he had ample time to look for another job. Still it wasn't easy. We both prayed about it and sensed that it was a necessary step of faith to take before the Red Sea opened up. After he put up his letter on 7 July, things didn't change immediately. But at least Heng was feeling more relieved about making that decision and committed the issue to God. He also felt emboldened to speak up against the injustices and the wrongdoings in his company.

Thank God for favour and courage to do the right thing! He was able to speak his mind because he was set on leaving so it didn't matter if that amounted to career suicide. He just did what he had to do, to put things right. After all that, it was amazing his bosses persuaded him to stay and contribute as part of the core team. He thought by doing that, he would be crossed out completely. But God turned it around for him.

Before that turnaround came, Heng had to let go of all the bitterness, the negativity and the injustice before the new thing can come. He realised that his soul had to be prosperous first before he could be prosperous on the outside. Once he did that, I found that he became much happier. Even though things hadn't changed on the outside, I thank God that at least Heng was happy after a long while of being stressed.

Last Sunday he had to give an answer regarding the retracting of his resignation. We both prayed about it and felt that it was reasonable to ask for a market adjustment to his pay. Afterall there was no increment or adjustment this year and research showed that his pay was way below the market average for his skills and years of experience. And we knew that an increase was God's will for us in this season. Ask and you will receive, so he went ahead and asked. Initially Heng thought the process would take months to be approved as there were cases like this in his company. He wasn't even sure if they would give him the amount he asked for as it was 33% more than his current pay.

Yet to our great surprise, the bosses just agreed to his request immediately, less than 24 hours after he sent the email. Except for a few conditions to be fulfilled, the approval was as good as given. His pay will be adjusted in Jan 2017, if he chose to stay on. Heng was so happy that he found such favour with his bosses. He knew it was the hand of God accelerating the breakthrough. For the first time in this year, we experienced God's word about acceleration and abundance in action! All glory to Jesus!

IT'S YOUR NOW TIME! (video)

This is my third video message. It has been more than a month since I released my second video. During the time I was not only waiting upon the Lord for the word to share but I was caught up with fulfilling my desires. I felt impressed to quickly fulfill my desires as they arose and not to postpone them any longer. Proverbs 13:12 says 'Hope deferred makes the heart sick but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.' The Lord seems to be saying this is a season of fulfilment and He doesn't want me to postpone my longings. God knows that when my desires are fulfilled promptly, it also brings much joy to my heart.

Some of these desires were new while others were on my heart for a long while but I just didn't get to fulfil them for some reason. Anyway after God spoke about the season of fulfilment, I started to have a lot of desires surfacing and I followed His leading to fulfill them one by one. Some of them can be as simple as the desire to watch a movie all by myself. This was something I did recently. I watched Star Trek Beyond. It wasn't anything spiritual but I just felt very good after doing it. And I enjoyed doing things by myself recently. It was kind of like I enjoyed my own company.

Hence it has been a busy month for me as I went about fulfilling those desires I had. I took it as an assignment from God. I also thank God that many good things started to happen this month and Heng also received his breakthrough at work. It had been a difficult year for him but thank God He turned things around for Heng's good. August was declared to be a prosperous month by some of the prophetic voices and I received this word for my family. Truly majority of the blessings were financial in nature this month.

So I have been walking and enjoying the tremendous blessings of God this month until Wed when I started jotting down some ideas for this third video message. Once I did that I received the word from God and I was able to record it down. And the topic is 'It is your NOW time!' I hope you will find the urgency of this now word of no delay because God is already accelerating things and the shift in the spiritual atmosphere has taken place. JOSHUA'S TENTH BIRTHDAY

Today is Joshua's tenth birthday. How time flies! I can still remember the day he was born. Oh what a happy day! God has blessed our family with a wonderful champion kid and we will forever be grateful to Him. What great joy has Joshua brought unto our lives! As we celebrate these ten good years we thank God for many more good years to come! We are reminded of God's goodness and give thanks for family joy on this special day.

PLEASURES AND THEIR PURPOSES

I was reading the book 'The Screwtape Letters' by CS Lewis and one chapter talked about pleasures. Earthly pleasures originate from our Father and they are good in nature. I learnt that the characteristic of Pain and Pleasure are unmistakably real and give the man who feels them a touch of reality. The enemy doesn't want us to have real pleasure and he makes it a rule to eradicate from us any strong personal taste, even if it is something quite trivial as a fondness for collecting stamps.

There is a sort of innocence and humility and forgetfulness about such things. The man who truly and disinterestedly enjoys any one thing in the world for its own sake, without caring about what others think, is by that very fact forearmed against the enemy's subtle mode of attack. The enemy will always try to make us abandon the books or food we really like in favour of the 'right' food or 'important' books.

The great thing for the enemy is to prevent us from doing anything. As long as we have desires but do not convert it into action, it doesn't matter how much we think about them. Active habits are strengthened by repetition but passive ones are weakened. The more often a man feels without acting, the less he will be able to act and in the long run, the less he will be able to feel.

The thing about fulfilling one's desires and having pleasure over that fulfilment is that somehow it mysteriously connects us to our true nature, to how our Father made us to be. When God talks about losing ourselves, it means the fleshly nature of us and once we have submitted to His will, He gives us back all our personality. When we are wholly His, we will be more of ourselves than we ever were. God hates to see us drifting away from our own nature for any other reason.

In the past I have been taught that it wasn't healthy to indulge in our pleasures, as if having too much joy over that was a sin. I had the erroneous view that to deny ourselves of pleasure, of what we want is actually a holy thing. Once we do that, like when we fast from food, we can then truly concentrate on God. This seems to imply that when we are enjoying the pleasures of life, we have a tendency to forget Him.

Perhaps this could be true for someone who is not conscious of God and in tune with Him. But for someone who is in the flow with God, experiencing pleasure is a very good thing indeed. Bible says that hope deferred makes the heart sick but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. God knows that if we keep denying ourselves of the simple pleasures in life, if we get disappointed again and again over unfulfilled desires, this will work against our well being instead.

Yesterday I was just thinking about why the Lord recently wants me to fulfil my desires and not postpone them nowadays. More than just wanting to make me happy, God wants me to be in touch with reality. Pleasures give me a touch of reality, the reality of longing fulfilled. It brings me to the present rather than overly focused on an uncertain future. Other than bombarding me with messages about now is the appointed time, Abba also wants me to have the experiential feeling of the reality of fulfilled promises.

The other purpose of fulfilling my desires, however small or insignificant they may be is the effect of action, to get down to do something about it. I talked about how God is trying to form a new habit in my life. Now I understand why. Active and positive habits are strengthened by repetition but passive ones are weakened. The more often I feel without acting, the less I will be able to act and in the long run, the less I will be able to feel.

I recognise it is a good thing to have a desire to do something, buy something or go somewhere. There is a sort of innocence and humility and forgetfulness about pursuing my interests. It is also a defence against the enemy's attacks. I remember some time ago when I was feeling depressed, I literally didn't have any desires for I lost interest or passion in life. It was very sad to not have any desires or passion for anything. All I wanted to do then was nothing and mope around at home.

The enemy will always try to make us abandon the books or food we really like in favour of the 'right' food or 'important' books. No wonder there is always this small voice that will say don't eat this food for it is 'heaty' (like fired stuff causing sore throat) and I will give up that idea. Or if I pursue in eating that food, I would feel guilty at the slightest sign of dry throat. Then I would shrink back from fulfilling such desires if they arise in future.

Lately I have been feeling the prompting to fulfil the desires of my heart without delay. The Lord doesn't even want me to wait for a promotion or sale or discount. It wasn't as if He couldn't afford to buy me that thing at its original price, for I am well worth it and nothing is too expensive for Him. Cross out that idea of value for money. Some things will never ever be value for money, especially luxury items.

And somehow doing the things I like without a care of what others say is a form of liberty and freedom in itself. It frees me up to be who God made me to be. I am never more happy when I am doing the things I like. I derive a huge sense of satisfaction from having those desires fulfilled even if no one in the world cares about it. And it kind of connects me to myself. This is who I really am, who God made me to be.

FINDING DORY

I have been wanting to watch this movie ever since a dear sister told me about it. She watched it on 21 June, the day of summer solistice. It's been nearly a month. She said she cannot begin to explain what "Finding Dory" said to her. Of family, childhood, dreams and following what spoke to her, so much of her journey encapsulated there that her heart is full and it will take awhile to unpack it.

I planned to watch this movie two weeks ago but haven't been able to. Yet for the past few days I kept feeling that I got to watch it because God has a message for me. I couldn't find the time to watch it previously but I felt I couldn't wait anymore. So I watched it yesterday. The plot was about the amnesiac character Dory suddenly remembering her childhood memories. Accompanied by Nemo and Marlin, she sets off on a personal journey to find her family. She ends up at the Monterey Marine Life Institute, where she meets a white Beluga whale named Bailey, a whale shark named Destiny and an Octopus names Hank.

I was anticipating God to speak to me about my lineage and generational calling, tracing my roots. I thought it would remind me of my own journey as well. But not quite. Instead towards the end of the show, I received the word from God. It was the scene when Dory cried out to the shark Destiny for help and Destiny knew Dory was in trouble.

She wanted to help Dory but she had poor eyesight and it would mean that she had to jump over the wall in the Marine Life Institute to get into the ocean to get to Dory. Her whale friend Bailey encouraged her and told her that he would be her eyes. But she was still hesitant about the walls. You see, she had been in this enclosure for the longest time and due to her poor eyesight, she always bumped into walls.

You can imagine how bruised she was all these years from all the bumps and how scared she was of the walls. But what Bailey said really struck me. She asked Bailey pensively: 'What about the walls?' He replied: 'But there are no walls in the ocean. This is it. Destiny, this is your destiny!' And so they mustered up their courage to jump over the wall that kept them from the ocean. Finally they are set free!

Right at that moment, I felt my Abba God telling me not to be afraid of those walls for there are no walls in the ocean. He knew I was bruised and so afraid of bumping into another wall again but this time I really had to do it. I got to cross this invisible wall holding me back from my ocean, where I can be set free. I might have poor vision but Jesus would be my eyes. Besides there is an urgency because it wasn't for my own freedom but to save others. Like how Destiny wouldn't find the courage if not for the sake of saving Dory.

Another scene where the fishes in the marine enclosure were being transported to another place also spoke to me. These fishes had lived a life of captivity and never knew how the ocean was like. There was this octopus called Hank who would rather stay in the enclosure than to go into the ocean. He came from the ocean but had bad memories there so he never wanted to go back again.

Dory was trying to convince him that it was far better to be out in the ocean than to stay in the enclosure. But it was telling him to step out of his comfort zone and it could be scary. Yet what Dory said stirred up the courage for him to take that step. The rest of the fishes also got encouraged and they all shouted 'Release! Release! Release!' Another thing that struck me was this. The octopus Hank always told Dory that was the only way out, there are no other ways. But Dory always believed there was another way. And true enough, she had eyes to see the other hidden ways.

I found myself shouting the same thing. God wanted me to be released from this bondage and captivity. Enough is enough. I don't want to stay in the enclosure anymore. I don't want to bump my head on the walls and get myself bruised. This is it. I got to cooperate with God to jump over this wall once and for all. I want to be released from captivity! This is my destiny. It is time.

GRACE LESSONS

The other day we were doing our grocery shopping and we were engrossed in getting those items we needed to buy. The next thing we knew was we heard a bottle crashing on the floor. We turned back and saw that it was Joshua who broke the jar of Nutella. Joshua looked shocked and tried to pick up the broken jar. I guess he was afraid that we would scold him for dropping that jar. But the first thing his daddy did was to tell him not to pick up the glass in case the shattered pieces cut his hand. His daddy was more concerned over his safety than the cost of that Nutella.

Well, Joshua's reaction was natural because that was what most parents might do, which was to scold them for being careless and wasting money like that. We then slowly picked up the jar and said we had to pay for it because we broke it. Joshua asked if we could still eat the Nutella but his daddy said there could be broken pieces of glass in the Nutella, so we got to discard it. We didn't scold or punish Joshua. We just told him to be more careful in future. I said to Joshua that what his daddy did was grace in action. Joshua didn't get punished which was what he deserved for breaking that jar. Instead he got admonished lovingly and forgiven for his carelessness. I could tell that Joshua was very grateful to his daddy and felt that he is a very good daddy.

The Nutella cost us $10 but we felt that it was money well spent for a lesson about grace being imparted to Joshua. Not just that, we taught him about integrity. Since no one saw that we broke that jar of Nutella, we could just chuck it aside but we knew that was wrong. It would be setting a bad example for Joshua. We have to take responsibility for what we have done, which was to pay for it in this case. I told Joshua we should thank God that item wasn't some expensive vase that he broke!

This lesson also reminded me of God's grace toward us. Under the old covenant of law, we will have to pay if we break just one law. The law is perfect but unbending. It cannot help us. Grace on the other hand is personal. John 1:17 says 'the law is given by Moses but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.' Because of what Jesus did for us at the cross, we could receive mercy which means not getting what we deserved: the full punishment for our sins. As if that was not good enough, we received blessings that we don't deserve, that we didn't even earn. I really thank God for His grace, His mercy and loving kindness towards us! We are so blessed!

GENERATIONAL BLESSINGS & CALLINGS (video)

Praise the Lord! This is my second video message. I felt impressed to share about what is your possession and your inheritance in the promised land. Some believers may not even know that there is an inheritance stored up for them, from their family line. Bible says without revelation my people perish. With this knowledge, believers will not know how to activate their generational blessing in Christ. Just like when you receive your credit card but it cannot be used until you activate the card.

I hope that in the days to come, the Lord will open your eyes to see what are these generational blessings and callings. For me I wasn't aware until the Lord showed me our Lee family's generational blessings after my grandma passed away. When I realised it, I became more bold to appropriate them in Jesus' name, just like Caleb in the bible. 

He was from the tribe of Judah and a blessing was pronounced over his forefather about strangling those long-necked enemies who were the Anakites. He probably knew it was in his generational blessing that his clan has the power to destroy the giants, that was why he was so bold to ask for Hebron at the age of 85. He was telling Joshua that he was as strong and healthy as he was 40 years ago to take down the giants.

MY FIRST VIDEO MESSAGE!

Recently after watching Doug Addison's prophetic word on video, I was thinking I could also do it on my blog! There is a difference watching the person speak versus reading the blog. You can catch the person's spirit and even the anointing. After I got excited by this possibility, I was distracted and busy for a while. It was only yesterday that I got down to finding out how it works.

Actually I videoed myself sharing the word of God in 2012 but never thought of making it public. Now that I have blogged for five years, I think it is time to move on to a new level which is into webinar. This is the way to advance. What Doug Addison said about those things which didn't materialise in 2012 are coming to pass now is so true. Maybe the time is ripe now. Everything became a flow. I learnt that I could post my video on YouTube and then put ithe link in my blog. Then it wouldn't take up space in my blog as previously it was quite slow to upload something on my blog.

So here I am, very proud to announce to you my very first video message! The title is 'Condemnation keeps you from possessing your possessions'. I had so many topics on my mind but this was the one God wanted me to share the most. The Lord showed me in mid May that the root cause of the recent depression I had was condemnation. I wouldn't have believed it if He told me earlier. I would have all attributed it to the fierce assaults by the devil. But He made it so clear to me that I couldn't have missed it. The truth was I never stopped blaming myself all these years for missing that opportunity to cross my Jordan and possess my promised land in July 2012. I could have spared myself from so much pain and heartaches.

If not, it wouldn't have bothered me this year when I knew God wanted me to possess my possession. If not, I wouldn't have been fearful that I would miss it again. Condemnation brings fear and fear has to do with punishment. They are all linked. The first few months of the year were such a tough time and I was wondering how to possess my possessions in that weakened state. The thought of missing my promised land again brought more fear and stress. It was a downward spiral until the light of this word came piercing through the darkness. Hence I believe this message will bless many...

WHY 2016 IS A SIGNIFICANT YEAR

Recently I have been impressed upon the seventh year. The power of the seventh year. I know I have talked about this in the beginning of the year but the Lord has been bringing this to remembrance again. Hence I was prompted to research more into this topic and I found more than I wanted.

Leviticus 25:2-5 says 'Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When you enter the land I am going to give you, the land itself must observe a sabbath to the Lord. For six years sow your fields, and for six years prune your vineyards and gather their crops. But in the seventh year the land is to have a year of sabbath rest, a sabbath to the Lord. Do not sow your fields or prune your vineyards. Do not reap what grows of itself or harvest the grapes of your untended vines. The land is to have a year of rest.'

Deuteronomy 15:1-2 says 'At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts. This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel any loan they have made to a fellow Israelite. They shall not require payment from anyone among their own people, because the Lord’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed.'

Deuteronomy 15:12-13 says 'If any of your people—Hebrew men or women—sell themselves to you and serve you six years, in the seventh year you must let them go free. And when you release them, do not send them away empty-handed. Supply them liberally from your flock, your threshing floor and your winepress. Give to them as the Lord your God has blessed you.'

As you can see, if you are God's people, you had a special advantage. You will get your release every 7th year. No matter what you went through or how stuck you may have felt, in the 7th year, you were set free. God never intended His people to be a slave to anything permanent. Every trial, every difficulty, every suffering is only temporary. You have come into one of your 7th years. The number 7 in the bible also means completion and perfection. So when you come to your 7th year, it means that God's work for your previous season has been completed. You have finished your assignment, fought the good fight of faith and finished your race. God says you are ready to move on.

The 7th year is when you break free from any bondage or stronghold that is standing between you and your promise. You may have received a prophetic word from God seven years ago and wondering if this promise was ever coming to pass after so long. Well, one touch of God's favour will suddenly turn your situation around. When you come into your 7th year, no forces of darkness will stop God's plan from coming to pass. It's a year of breakthroughs. The 7th year is a year of release from sickness, disease, chronic pain, depression, bad breaks, worry and anxiety. It's not only a release from things holding you back; it's also a release into overflow, abundance and increase. It's when your dreams come to pass, your promise manifest and prayers got answered.

Well, for some of you, the 7th year is also the year when God gives you rest from your enemies. You may have gone through a 7-year period of wilderness where you see little fruit coming out from your life but you need to get ready. Your next seven years will be a season of abundance, joy, fulfilment and you will see the fruits of your labour for the past 7 years manifesting. The 7th year is the beginning of God's restoration in your life, for those things the enemy has stolen from you, be it finances, children, joy, peace or lost years. God is not releasing you into freedom empty handed. He will supply you liberally.

Now Leviticus 25:9-10 also talks about the Jubilee year. 'Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land. Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you; each of you is to return to your family property and to your own clan.'

The Hebrew year 5776 which started in last Sep, Rosh Hashanah is also a Jubilee year. On the day of atonement last Sep, the trumpet was blown pronouncing the start of the Jubilee year. It is the 50th year after seven cycles of sabbath years. It is a year when captives are set free to return to their land, a year of cancellation of debts, a year of restoring the houses & assets and making restitution for any harm inflicted to someone. It seemed similar to the seventh year only that it is on a much bigger scale. Hence the cause for great celebration.

Pastor Prince declared 2015 as the year of God's restoration for our church. I believe that God is still restoring things this year. Since Jubilee is also a time of restoration, and the Hebrew year 5776 continues in 2016, the theme is still valid. Not only that this Hebrew year is also the Jews' 70th Jubilee. The number 70 in the bible refers to the end of captivity as you can see from the seventy years of captivity in Babylon.

Jeremiah 29:10-14 says 'When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.”

2016 is a significant year because it is the seventh year, or the end of seven years of wilderness. It is also the Jubilee year and the 70th Jubilee for the Jews and for us, children of God. I don't know about you but I am excited. It is the convergence of three major juxtaposition of events. You got to receive this into your spirit. This is a new beginning, a new season and the tide of the battle has been turned, every chain loosed, stronghold shattered. You are breaking free into a new level. God is releasing you from your pain and suffering, from hopelessness into unspeakable joy, increase, honour, promotion, opportunities, breakthroughs and the fullness of your destiny!

JOY OF THE LORD SUSTAINING ME

There had been just so many thoughts running through my mind for the past few days but I had been just too busy with the wake to process all of them. Now that was over, I can finally take some time to unpack those thoughts. On Monday after my grandma's funeral, I was just thinking about how I have been living my life before news of her passing came. Initially I was very stressed up and worried about her condition but at some point after I surrendered this issue to God, I became more at peace.

Even though I still couldn't be sure whether she would make it through the danger, I was able to leave her in God's hands and go on to enjoy my life. I had just went through a depression and it wasn't easy for me to walk out of those dark clouds. Hence I was determined not to go back to the pits again. For the first time in a long while, I was able to experience joy in my heart. I still remember it was Mother's Day on 8 May.

From then on, I started feeling joy in my life and I also began to feel interested in things around me again. I was so contented to be able to enjoy the simple things in life like eating good food, shopping, spending time with my family, things I couldn't do previously. Then during the week, the enemy tried to steal my joy with my grandma's deteriorating condition and I was so upset that I cried out to the Lord again. After I poured out my frustrations to the Lord, I felt much better and joy came back to me.

On 15 May I experienced how easy it was for God to make me happy again, something I couldn't imagine previously. It was on the same day that the Lord opened my eyes to the condemnation and fears of missing the promised land. It was truly a major breakthrough for me, for the chains were broken. The stronghold was destroyed. I told myself that I can expect good things to happen in my life after the root of condemnation has been removed. I became even lighter and freer after this. I began to feel that things moved faster in my life. I was busy with preparing Joshua for his exams. Led by the Spirit, I started fasting on Thursdays mornings. And more good things started coming up to the surface.

Even though there were attempts to distract me, God turned it around for my good. The enemy still tried to bring lying symptoms on my body, this time they were short-lived. I was able to look forward to the holiday trips and I even had an enjoyable time with my parents in Malaysia. That was just before my grandma passed on. The enemy again tried to steal my joy and peace by causing this news of my grandma's passing to debilitate me. He knew I was succumbed to his pressing this button all the years.

But thank God He had prepared me for this day and I had already surrendered her issue to Him. So I wasn't as sad and emotional as I thought. There was peace and joy throughout her wake though I cried buckets on the first day. But thank God I wasn't exceedingly downcast. In fact after the whole funeral was over, I was really relieved and thankful to God for settling this issue for me.

Thinking back, it was really the joy of the Lord that brought me through the difficult times. I would have been totally crushed if not for His joy. Even though I knew that the tough times didn't come to stay, it came to pass, it didn't really help me when I was in the thick of the attacks. It didn't comfort me, for all I needed was some relief. If I couldn't survive the now, what to talk about the future. No wonder God kept telling me that there is an after-this. Now I see the after-this. I saw that only by focusing on Jesus can I survive with joy in the trying times, the appointed valleys of life. It was a joy that bubbled up from within me, not dependent on my outward circumstances. I knew it because I started feeling joyful even before things started to improve on the outside.

After my grandma's passing, I knew that was the last missile the enemy had thrown me. With that last attempt, everything came to an end. He has totally lost the war and there was no way he could stop God's plan from coming to pass. Previously I couldn't be sure that was the last attack after each fiery dart the enemy threw me. I hoped that was the last attack and though I was declaring it, I wasn't fully convinced. But this time round, I was convinced that the enemy had run out of ammo and time. His end is up, that was it. Death ended it all. It was Christ's death on the cross that totally defeated the devil.

God's recent messages also talked about completion, finishing the race, promotion and rewards coming. With the coming of a new season, that was how I became convinced that the past season is now no more. I was told to let go of the past so as to embrace the future. My best days are yet to be. That was also how I knew that after being through the fire and the water, God is bringing me to a place of fulfilment and abundance. Not only that, He is speeding things up from now on. Hallelujah praise the Lord!

MY GRANDMA PASSED ON

The other night as I laid on my bed trying to get to sleep, I had this picture of a screen racing through my mind. Like how it looks when you fast forward a video clip. Instantly I knew what the Lord is trying to say. I have entered into a month of acceleration in June and things are really going to move much faster from now on. Maybe I have been seeing this word acceleration frequently in the messages so it kind of sank into my spirit.

On Sunday morning when I woke up, I discerned that a major change has already taken place in my life, with the passing of my grandma. I was reminded of what Doug Addison said about old things dying but the result will bring new life. My grandma symbolised everything connected to my past. With her passing, it meant that my past has also gone away. The new has really come.

In end 2011, there was a health scare for doctors said my grandma was about to go anytime. I cried out to the Lord for her healing and God turned her situation around. She miraculously recovered and went on to live. But for more than 4 years I have been burdened and taunted by her health issue. I even wondered if it was right for me to ask the Lord to extend her life by a few years. But I guess it was all over now. There is no condemnation for those in Christ. It was all part of His plan. Besides, if my grandma didn't will to live on, she wouldn't have made it till now.

Well, death is really the end to all that taunting, the fears and worries over her life. With her death, the enemy has totally lost all the grip over me in this area. With the exception of childbearing issues in the past, the other area that could potentially affect me emotionally was my grandma's issue. This was an area that I cried a lot over as it had the potential to make my heart very heavy. I felt sad that my grandma had to stay in the nursing home because she couldn't eat and walk anymore. She had to be on milk tubes.

In the past childbearing was another area that could make me depressed but God has delivered me from that completely. Starting from this year I found myself less bothered by such issues. The enemy couldn't press my button in this area so he had to turn to other areas like attacking my health. But when that didn't work, He used my grandma's issue to get me out of peace and joy.

The timing was also uncanny...come to think of it. Just as I received a word from the Lord about healing and deliverance from those lying symptoms on 13 Apr, the news about my grandma hospitalised came on 18 Apr. It was the day after I took the step of faith to start the first women's fellowship meeting on 15 Apr and the Lord visited us powerfully. Then on 17 Apr, I received the powerful anointing of God during the service.

I still wasn't totally set free from the lying symptoms in my body when I received the word on healing but I knew my turning point has come, since I received the word of God and the power of God from on high. Imagine two spectacular visitations from the Lord in the same week! It was awesome. Yet after that, the resistance became even stronger with the news of my grandma's hospitalisation. This time it looked like she might not pull through. It was a big distraction from what God was already doing my life. Thank God that eventually she got well enough to be discharged and returned to the nursing home.

After that, over the next few weeks, I had emotional ups and downs with bad news of my grandma's condition. When she had fever and couldn't breathe, I would be so worried. Then when she was ok, I would be relieved. It was quite a torture to live life on the edge. There were so many of such scary instances when my aunts and uncles thought she couldn't make it. After a while I just got so tired of it. The day when we were supposed to have our second women's fellowship, my grandma's life seemed to be in danger. But thank God she survived that.

During the whole ordeal, I was faced with fears of losing her. I wasn't able to fully enjoy my life because her issue was still pending. Because of this issue, I got affected by lying symptoms on my body again. Until God came to speak to me on 8 May to tell me that as Christ is, so am I in this world. It was another confirmation of His healing word. From then on, I began to feel much more joyful. Slowly the dark clouds in my life dissipated.

Just as I was beginning to experience joy in my life, the enemy came to steal the joy. The following week in May I again received news that my grandma was in a critical condition and we rushed down to the nursing home to see her. Thank God that she made it through then too. But I was so distraught to see her waning away like this so I cried out to the Lord to do something about it. If it was His will to heal her, then do it quickly. Don't let it tarry anymore.

Around that time I was so frustrated that I just surrendered her issue to God. Whether it be healing or taking her home, I committed it to the Lord. I told the Lord I didn't want to be held hostage anymore. I didn't want to live my life in the jitters. Every time I was enjoying my life, news of her condition would come to dampen my spirits. It was so spot on. I came to a point when this matter dragged so long that I was no longer sentimental over it. The Lord reminded me that she was afterall saved in Christ and she will go heaven. Besides she had lived a long blessed life, and was able to see her great grandchildren. She was 88 years old.

It was only in the aftermath that I realised the Lord is so good to me. Though my grandma's life was extended, it seemed to me that those years weren't exactly happy days, for her, for my dad and for me. I looked through the journals and found that each time I wrote about my grandma, it was always associated with guilt, heaviness and sadness. It was only this year when I visited her that I didn't feel that heavy. These weren't happy memories most times. It was unpleasant ones. It seemed like whenever news of her came up, it would be a joy stealer, a dampener.

Yet my sentimentalism refused to let her go. I just wanted her to live as long as possible so that we could still see her. Especially since she was the only grandparent that I had left. But it was really not healthy especially when I realised that she wasn't living an abundant life. It was quite sad. Yet in those years I still prayed for God to heal her so that she could eat and walk again. I didn't give up hope.

Think it came to a point the Lord felt enough was enough. Since this is the year of possessing our possessions, I had to face this giant eventually in my life. I already faced and overcame the giant of childbearing. And also the giants of sickness and death, fear of missing the promised land and condemnation. The last one was a major breakthrough for me because it was the root cause of me not being able to possess my possessions.

This one about my grandma was really the last giant I had to face. It was a big one as far as I was concerned. This giant had the power to throw me into fear and worry. The giants I faced this year were like the Anakites. After defeating these Anakites, I get to lay hold of Hebron. Finally the Lord had me liberated from this last giant! And whom the Son sets free is free indeed! The Lord showed me that I have really been refined through the fiery trials and I have come out victorious.

And now He has promoted me because the process of purging has been finally completed. I am now free to go on to my next level, my new season with no incumbrance from my past. A season of restoration, fulfilment, rewards, harvest and acceleration awaits me. From now onwards, I can really expect good things to happen in my life. I can finally enjoy my life with no incumbrance, no feeling of living in limbo. After I mourned over the loss of my grandma, the Lord will restore joy back to my life. Weeping lasts for the night but joy comes in the morning.
